There will usually be some delay between receiving your order and planting your tree, as our partners at your selected project site need to prepare the ground, raise seedlings and plant trees at an appropriate time. If you change your mind about your order, please contact us to request a refund and if your tree(s) have not yet been planted we may be able to grant this request. In cases where some of the activities involved with planting may have already commenced, a partial refund may be possible. After 30 days we will unfortunately not be able to process any refund requests.
